Re: ECONOMIC RECOVERY STIMULUS PLAN FOR THE RURAL AREA AND RESTORATION OF THE GLOBAL CHAIN

Please share the deprived breeder and related industries from the Hundred Billion dollar stimulus plan: TO solve and restore self employment, restart lost business of small farmers businessmen, and revive international trade of the gamefowl breeding industry through the use of various Humane cockboxing, non lethal gamecock electronic boxing  which humans are capable of inventing and have invented.

 The Implementation should conform to policy and recommendation of The US Department of Agriculture.

The above rural economic problems and solutions are explained as follows:

•      The bad and the economic good in the cockfighting industry.     

Study of the ban on cockfighting reveals inequities. The bad and good influences related to the ancestral sport appear lumped together tilting the scale of justice against the welfare of the rural economies small farmers and taxpayers thus contributing to the creeping recession,

 The BAD on cockfighting are as espoused by the animal activists who rightfully claim cockfighting with knife is inhumane, cruel, violent, barbaric, a drug induced blood sport.

Related businesses suffer i.e., feed stores, veterinary medicine, fly pens, farm construction, land and air transportation in commercial trade. The decades of genetics development had gone to waste.

This prohibition of free trade recalls to mind the winning complaint of Antiqua vs. the US at the World Trade Organization for unfair trade.

All fights will be recorded in the Internet to develop ranking patterned after WBC, HBO to culminate in a World championship fight.  From the Bantamweight to heavyweight category, .starting from 3lbs the Dutch Bantam, Spain; 4-6lbs feather –lighweight , US , RP.  6-8lbs  & up welter to heavy, Asil, shammo specie class from Middle East, Thailand, Japan, China. The tiny and beautiful 2lbs flyweight will not fight to be tamed as show birds.

Since online, the champion’s progeny (bloodline) like eggs, stags, pullet or hen will command substantial price in the world market like winning stallions. Before the ban, a trio, a gamecock and 2 hens command $1,500.  Highest recorded sale of a champion broodcock was $5K. With roosterbox on line, global marketing of the birds will have a new awakening in US breeding and help ease global recession.

In the futuristic alternative cockfight, the knife is replaced with an electronic counter plastic glove attached to the left leg. This cockfighting alternative offers a healthy, wholesome entertainment like basketball with scoreboard, timer and an audio to record sound hits of each contestant.

While sparring, hit or punch of Rooster A will transmit to A score board with an identifiable sound to authenticate the hit.  Rooster B hit will transmit to B score board with accompanying different sound than audio A. Thus even a blind will know if his rooster is winning by merely counting hit sound. 

Electronic roosterbox is futuristic, designed to be more exciting, ultimate sports oriented, worthy of analysis by sports coach and professional athlete. B)     Traditional cockfight with knife

In the traditional cockfighting with knife, the cockfight can end in split second or maximum time limit of 600 seconds (10 minutes). The first blow of the fight is normally an air fight. A thrust of the blade to the heart can end in split second called quick kill. It could also happen that both protagonist may sustained critical wounds  and  cannot stand up and fight The referee will force them to fight by pecking each other until the 10 minutes when the fight is declared a draw. Within the 10 minutes, the gamecock sustaining more critical wounds or the last to peck is declared the loser. It is customary to medicate the gamecock with blood thicker to minimize blood loss and win the last peck

In Thailand an olympic style tape boxing event was participated by china, Japan, Vietnam, Myanmar, Indonesia controlled by 3 judges & a referee. Tape boxing is mainly used in US to prevent extinction of gamebirds. Tape boxing is hard to officiate because cockfighting is fast.  They need an instant scoring rooster boxing.
